Students studying a STEM related subject at a London Russel Group University.
Some experience in online or in-person tuition would be beneficial to all applicants.
All applicants must have access to a tablet and laptop to carry out online tuition lessons, IOS is preferred but not necessary.
Must have achieved minimum AAA in A-Levels

Our goal is to provide tailored tuition that is accessible to all students. We have a baseline that helps us achieve this goal and you must be able to meet it by:
Preparing lessons for your students
Assigning and marking weekly homework for your students
Providing targeted questions for your students
Being punctual to all of your lessons
What will stl provide you?
We have existing lessons on GCSE and A-Level topics that students commonly find challenging. We also have access to the relevant GCSE and A-Level textbooks which can be shared upon request. However, different students require teaching in different areas so we expect you to plan and prepare for these lessons.

As a new tutor your pay will start at £12.50 for your first 4 hours of lessons. It will then rise to £15.00 for the next 8 hours of lessons and after this you will be payed a base rate of £20 per hour of lessons. After 3-6 months tutoring with STL you will have a review with a member of our team in which progression will be discussed.
